The boneless spareribs were cooked just right and the sauce was just enough and not soaked like so many places. It was a more traditional sauce than the usual orange sweet sauce many restaurants use. Pork fried rice was light and full of flavor. Some of the better Chinese food we’ve had in a while and we travel weekly for work. I read bad reviews about these same dishes but the night we ordered, they cooked them perfectly. ”
